Step 2 can be conducted in parallel with Step 3. Step 2 and Step 3 must be finalised before moving to Production and launching to end-users (Step 4).

1. Form attractive exchange partnerships

Go through the list of potential exchange partners in the LAD and connect with loyalty programs that fit to your own program.

2. Evaluate the integration options

3. Focus on your customers

The customer is key and you know them best. Tailor the exchanges to their needs. qiibee created a customer success roadmap with the best practices to make sure your loyalty exchange will be successful. Make sure to implement (almost) all of them!
