1. Earn, exchange and redeem actions

The primary drivers in an ecosystem are earn, exchange and redeem. These must be balanced in order to have a well functioning and sustainable ecosystem.

Compensation for the customer in return for purchases, services or tasks performed

Exchange

Exchange of loyalty points for other loyalty points, miles, crypto or other assets. The customer leaves the brand loyalty system and taps into the qiibee ecosystem.

Redeem

Points are redeemed for gift cards, discounts, events or other options the brand offers their customers. The customer stays in the brand loyalty system.

Offer unique rewards

Offer special redemption options in your loyalty program (Experiences that cannot be bought, Meet and Greet, etc.). They make your own loyalty program special and attractive.

Add exchange partners

Even though your customers can leave your own loyalty program, so can the customers of your exchange partners. And, above all, engaged customers are much more likely to shop at your store again.

2. Evaluate the integration options

qiibee offers a wide variety of integration options to make it as easy as possible to join the qiibee ecosystem. Naturally, all of them have different pros and cons. Evaluating and comparing them to the business goals is very important. See the whole list of integration options here.

3. Focus on your customers

The customer is key and you know them best. Tailor the loyalty program to their needs. qiibee created a customer success roadmap with the best practices to make sure your loyalty program will be successful. Make sure to implement (almost) all of them!
